Our Design Process:

  • Define Parameters and address client's objectives, scope, timeline, and budget for the project.

  • Conduct site review (if in scope)

  • Outline special considerations such as brand waivers

  • Customer provides copy of PIP (if applicable) and architectural plans to designer for review

  • Client is presented a Design Service agreement outlinging the scope of services, fee schedule, and deliverables



  • A schematic design is developed and presented as a digital color board and preliminary space plan

  • Preperation of preliminary budgets (if in scope)

  • Final finish plans, furniture plans, and elevations are generated

  • Detailed product specifications are presented for all FF&E specified furniture

  • Furniture matrices with quanities are prepared

  • Finish Schedules showing all areas within the scope of the project are included


  • A  complete design package is submitted to the brand for approval

  • Any reselections or resubmittals required for the design review process to reach finalization are submitted


  • Consult with architect regarding ID plan (if in scope)
  • Consult with GC and installer regarding implementation of design plan
  • Respond to RFI's from GC, project manager, or purchasing agent as needed to clarify specifications
  • Provide purchasing agent with finish and sample approvals
  • Installation site visit (if agreed upon in scope)
