Rogers Hospitality Design was founded by Karen Rogers in 2005. Karen draws from over 20 years of valuable experience in the hospitality design industry, and RHD is operated and staffed by people with extensive experience in hospitality design and procurement. RHD is dedicated to building on the trust earned through those long-standing relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Committed to expanding her knowledge and understanding of hospitality design in today's market, Karen is NCIDQ board certified, certified LEED Green Associate pursuing LEED AP accreditation and is active in the design community with memberships including IIDA, NEWH, and USGBC Memphis Regional Chapter.
As a recommended interior designer with excellent working relationships with Hilton Worldwide, Marriot Hotels, Starwood Hotels, and Intercontinental Hotels Group, Karen brings extensive knowledge of both the brands and the design review process. This experience is invaluable to creating a product that meets brand standards while also providing a unique and innovative design that will differientiate each property in its market.
